The collection “The Madhubani Love” draws inspiration from the timeless Madhubani paintings — a traditional art form rooted in the cultural heritage of Bihar.
Each piece in this series represents one of the five stages of love described across various Indian scriptures.
This kurta illustrates the fifth & the final stage of love: Sampoornata (Eternal Love)
In Advaita Vedanta and Bhakti literature, Samoornata–Prem represents the final flowering of love—where the heart feels whole within itself. This stage transcends desire and expectation; it is no longer about receiving, but naturally giving. Love becomes a state of being, expansive and universal, unbound by person or condition—a quiet radiance that flows effortlessly from inner completeness.
Designed to reflect the serene wholeness of Sampoornata–Prem, this ivory kurta embodies calm, balance, and an expansive form of love. The long, fluid silhouette moves with effortless grace, mirroring a heart that is full within itself—needing nothing, yet giving naturally.
At the hem and sleeves, intricate Madhubani-inspired embroidery becomes the soul of the garment. The birds are depicted with wings open and uplifted, symbolizing a love that rises beyond attachment. Their posture speaks of freedom, generosity, and harmony—where connection is no longer about holding on, but about uplifting the other.
Warm terracotta, olive, and deep brown threads blend into a rich yet gentle palette, bringing depth without heaviness. The subtle fringe edging adds a handcrafted softness, while the V-neckline enhances the kurta’s sense of openness and ease.
This kurta is more than attire—it is an artistic expression of completeness, radiance, and the eternal love that flows from a heart at peace.
